Health & Wellness Evaluation
Looking to get started?
As the first step of your care, complete a Health & Wellness Evaluation for a comprehensive view of your concerns and opportunities for growth. This initial evaluation is usually conducted over one session and any measures and interviews can be completed virtually. The interview includes a biopsychosocial and cultural approach to learn more about how you view yourself, your life circumstances, as well as the barriers and bridges you have experienced in working through difficult times. This lens specifically focuses on how you think, feel, and perceive challenges in your life with specific attention to your present situation, overall health and coping skills, and cultural worldview.
*Pre-surgical evaluations available. Contact Dr. Robbins for information.

Caregiver Supportive Therapy
Wanting to support your loved one but unsure how?
Caregiver support can be a common need for spouses, siblings, adult children, parents, and other caregivers. This service involves individual therapy for adults who are providing care to another loved one and are seeking support through the hardships they have been experiencing. We know that caring for another can pull on your heart strings to the point where you may no longer be holding space for yourself. Oftentimes, having a neutral professional to talk with can be the self-care needed to refill your cup to help you continue providing care to others.
*Caregiver support is not family nor couples therapy.
